Shipping policy

Please be aware that all orders are processed within 72 business hours (not including weekends, sales, holidays).

Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days after purchase.

Please note that ordering a PRE-ORDER item will result in shipping delays as the item will be available to ship at a later date.

All orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:​

Standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail) for all domestic orders – $2 Flat Rate

Standard shipping for International Orders – $8 Flat Rate

All Shipping is FREE for orders over $50

Available shipping methods for international orders include:

Canada – USPS Priority Mail International: 7-14 business days
United Kingdom – USPS Priority Mail International: 7-14 business days
All Other Countries – USPS Priority Mail International: 7-14 business days

Please note that Well Kept Services LLC ships all international packages “Delivery Duties Unpaid.” This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Well Kept Services and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Well Kept Services, we will not resend your package and instead issue store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).

Well Kept Services is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

Refund policy

Well Kept Services LLC understands that ordering online is not always an easy task. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We are happy to accept your returns for a store credit to be used towards a future purchase.

Return Guidelines

1. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unopened and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 15% FEE or ineligibility to receive store credit.

3. Well Kept Services LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.

5. If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email derrick@thewellkeptchef.com  within 24hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

6. All items are returned to Well Kept Services at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.

7. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Well Kept Services. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

8. Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.

9. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
